Job Summary

This role involves the strategic development and management of urban planning projects for the city of Oldenburg in Holstein. As a key member of the Urban Development department, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and evaluating diverse urban concepts, managing project timelines, and overseeing cost and financing overviews. Day-to-day activities include public relations work, managing participation procedures, and handling funding management and budget planning. Additionally, the role covers environmental and climate adaptation matters, as well as legal processes related to property sales and pre-emption rights. Required Skills

Education

Experience
