As an IT Support Engineer at Wilken Software Group, you will provide high-level technical support to internal employees, ensuring a seamless digital workspace. Your daily responsibilities involve handling 1st and 2nd level support requests both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT workstations, from the installation and configuration of operating systems and standard software to the management of mobile devices and peripherals. Beyond reactive support, you will manage user rights via Azure AD and participate in strategic IT projects such as infrastructure rollouts and migrations.
