Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), or a comparable technical/scientific qualification.

Experience

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a technical or scientific field (e.g., CTA, BTA, MTA)
  • Professional experience in production and working under cleanroom conditions is highly preferred
  • Experience in manual laboratory-style tasks and handling chemical solutions
  • Experience in documenting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality standards

Additional

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system including weekends (full-continuous system). Must comply with strict cleanroom regulations (no smoking, no cosmetics, no jewelry). Must be comfortable wearing full protective gear including face masks for extended periods.
