Job Summary

As a Technical Trainer at Schiederwerk, a leading manufacturer of industrial power supplies in the Nuremberg region, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical and commercial vocational training. Your daily activities will involve planning, organizing, and delivering technical instruction to apprentices, as well as providing coaching and feedback to drive performance and engagement. You will serve as the primary liaison for vocational schools, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and universities. Beyond training, you will support internal further education initiatives and assist the production team during peak periods.
