Job Summary

As the SAP EWM Service Offering Owner, you will take full responsibility for the maintenance, customizing, and strategic development of SAP EWM services. Your daily activities will involve consulting with business partners to optimize logistics and warehouse management processes, leading innovative SAP projects, and managing the EWM service budget. You will provide functional leadership to internal consultants and developers while coordinating external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery. A significant part of the role includes managing incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met.
