This role is centered on the technical support, provision, and advancement of client systems and mobile devices within a public administration setting. As a key member of the Office for Organization and Digitization, you will spend your day-to-day creating, testing, and maintaining software packages for administrative offices and schools, ensuring all updates and operating system upgrades are deployed smoothly. You will also manage mobile devices via MDM systems, handle 2nd-level support tickets in ServiceNow, and perform operational tasks within Active Directory. The position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting and organizational management, such as mobile contract administration. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the administration and support of mobile end devices via MDM systems
  • Proven experience working with Active Directory and Windows client environments
  • Experience in independent and solution-oriented task management
