Job Summary
As a Robotics Specialist at EICHLER GmbH (a WISAG company), you will serve as a technical expert for industrial robotics and automation systems. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic systems, providing 2nd-level technical support for electronic control components, and performing detailed error analysis and repairs both in-house and at customer sites across Germany and Austria. You will be a key collaborator with R&D and drive internal technical training. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex hardware-software interactions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of industrial robots and automated production plants
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and repair of electronic components in robotic control systems
- Practical experience in onsite customer service and field maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in technical documentation and reporting

- Valid Class B driver's license required; Readiness for occasional travel to customer sites within Germany and Austria.
