Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for a social youth welfare organization, you will be responsible for the entire IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Gleichen and Göttingen. Operating primarily from the central administration office, you will work independently while coordinating closely with management and an external IT service provider. Your day-to-day tasks involve providing 1st-level support, managing hardware and software deployments, and maintaining internal systems including Microsoft 365 and Unify telephone systems. You will also handle IT budget planning and technical website maintenance. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who values high levels of data privacy and discretion. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable qualification with relevant IT experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector following completion of relevant vocational training
- Experience in hardware and software administration and troubleshooting
- Experience in user support and communication with external service providers
- Experience in network and server environment management

- Work location is Gleichen-Rittmarshausen with support required at sites in Bischhausen and Göttingen. This is a position of high trust requiring absolute discretion regarding sensitive data. 30 hours per week.
