Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the entire laboratory operations for a specialized lip care product manufacturer, from daily organization to strategic development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a laboratory team, ensuring collaboration, quality, and continuous development. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for management on all lab-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and leading research and development projects from concept to implementation. This position also involves market observation, trend analysis, raw material selection, and scaling up laboratory formulations to serial production. The ideal candidate will possess a scientific degree, significant experience in a development lab (preferably in cosmetics or food), and proven leadership skills, contributing to a company known for its high-quality, German-made products and a supportive work environment.
