Beyond direct instruction, you will act as a vital liaison between the company and external partners such as universities, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and vocational schools. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics, or Master Craftsperson in Electronics (Industriemeister Elektronik).

Experience

  • Professional experience in supervising and leading apprentices
  • Proven experience in vocational training planning and organization
  • Practical experience in electrical engineering or industrial electronics
  • Experience in conducting technical further education and feedback sessions
