Job Summary
As the Head of IT for the Pommersche Diakonie Group, you will lead an interdisciplinary team of eight professionals to drive digital transformation across various business units. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the personnel and technical management of the IT department, overseeing budget management, and ensuring the strategic evolution of IT infrastructure with a focus on cloud environments. You will be instrumental in implementing sustainable IT strategies, managing project portfolios, and ensuring compliance with complex regulatory standards such as GDPR and BSI IT-Grundschutz. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can merge technological innovation with social mission values. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, Administrator, or Cloud Security) are preferred.
