As a Technical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and operational readiness of the race track and its surrounding buildings. Your tasks will involve hands-on technical work, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring a high-quality experience for customers. This role is ideal for physically fit, dynamic individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced setting. The position offers a permanent contract within a supportive two-shift team system. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (Journeyman's certificate), preferably as a plumber/HVAC technician, electrician, machine operator, road maintenance worker, landscaper, or agricultural machinery mechanic.
Experience
- Professional experience in a skilled trade such as plumbing, electrical work, road maintenance, or landscaping
- Experience in operating machinery or technical equipment
- Practical experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment

- Valid driver's license (B/BE/C/T or old Class 3) is mandatory. Must be willing to work in a two-shift system and perform duties on weekends and public holidays. Physical fitness and resilience are required.
