Job Summary
This role serves as a vital link between research, politics, and the economy, supporting the implementation of federally and EU-funded renewable energy projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze the scientific quality and feasibility of ongoing or completed projects, evaluate project reports to ensure goals are met, and identify potential commercialization or application options for research findings. Based on a modern campus in Jülich, you will work within a collaborative 11-person team to drive environmentally friendly innovations. The position is particularly attractive due to its high flexibility, offering mobile work up to four days per week and a structured public service environment. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or University Diploma in Natural Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in renewable energy or environmental technology sectors
- Experience in project management, ideally within the framework of publicly funded project sponsorship
- Experience in evaluating scientific quality and project feasibility
- Proven track record of organizing and managing cross-departmental projects

- The role is based in Jülich (52428). Mobile work is possible 4 days per week. Candidates must be able to start promptly. Position is initially fixed-term with a planned option for extension or permanent takeover.
