As the Cluster Engineering Manager for two hotels in Munich, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all technical facilities and systems. Working in close collaboration with the Hotel Manager, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing annual maintenance for technical equipment, implementing quality assurance measures across departments, and spearheading effective energy management and controlling initiatives. You will be the primary person responsible for hotel safety, occupational health and safety regulations, and the general well-being of both guests and staff. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to take on a leadership role within the hospitality sector. Education
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-based field and/or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in a technical or craft-based profession
- Previous experience in building services or facility technology is preferred
- Experience in managing technical systems and annual maintenance schedules
- Experience in energy management and safety regulation compliance
