Job Summary

This role involves supporting the road construction administration department in the planning, design, and execution of district road projects. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage planning phases 1–5, coordinate with public authorities and utility providers, and prepare detailed bills of quantities and service descriptions for tender processes. Key responsibilities also include property acquisition negotiations with landowners and the administrative organization and documentation of bridge inspections. This position is particularly attractive due to its long-term stability within the public sector (TVöD 9b), offering significant flexibility through a generous flex-time window (06:30 to 19:00) and remote work options.
