As an IT Manager at 3B Begleiten-Bilden-Begegnen gGmbH, you will play a strategic role in shaping a secure and efficient IT landscape for a social enterprise active in healthcare, education, and youth welfare. Your daily responsibilities include developing holistic IT security concepts based on BSI and GDPR standards, managing server and network infrastructure, and driving digital transformation through automation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent practical experience with relevant professional training.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT security and cybersecurity management
- Practical experience in system administration within Microsoft environments
- Experience in implementing digital solutions and process automation
- Proven background in network administration and cloud services
- Experience with IT security standards such as BSI Grundschutz or ISO 27001
- Experience in providing technical support and collaborating with external service providers
