As a Development Manager for the AI Core SDK, you will lead a Potsdam-based team dedicated to enabling enterprise-grade generative AI. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the development of the SAP Cloud SDK for AI, ensuring a world-class experience for developers building next-generation AI-powered applications. You will operate at the intersection of developer experience, SDK engineering, and enterprise software within a flat-hierarchy, innovative environment. The role involves leading a multi-cultural team of experts, fostering experimentation, and coaching agile teams to deliver high-quality Python, Java, and TypeScript libraries. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- Proven leadership track record as a manager or in a similar leading role
- Hands-on coding experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Extensive experience in coaching agile teams within a cloud engineering environment
- Professional experience in software engineering or computer science
