Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist for a major regional hospital network, you will be responsible for providing technical support across approximately 600 PC workstations. Your daily routine involves analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, documenting solutions, and managing user access rights and system updates. Beyond standard office IT, you will play a critical role in the healthcare environment by connecting medical devices and subsystems via specialized interfaces and supporting mobile end devices. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy problem-solving and want to contribute to patient care through reliable IT infrastructure.
