Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive support and application management for the PORTIA portal within the Thuringian State Office for Agriculture and Rural Areas (TLLLR). As a key member of the 'Payout, Accounting, and IT Specialist Systems' unit, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the digital application portal used for EU agricultural funds. Your tasks include managing system errors, coordinating with external outsourcing partners and third-party providers, and ensuring the smooth technical execution of payment processes. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration or business who possess a strong affinity for IT systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or qualification for the 'gehobener Dienst' (higher intermediate administrative service).
