Job Summary

As an Expert SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant in Munich, you will lead the design, planning, and implementation of tailored SAP HCM solutions. Your daily responsibilities involve maintaining and evolving SAP Fiori applications, creating custom programs and reports using ABAP and ABAP OO, and providing technical support for the company's compensation structure. You will act as a strategic advisor to business departments, translating complex requirements into technical concepts in collaboration with IT architects and development teams. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, involving quality assurance, technical acceptance of requirements, and the management of external service providers. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven practical experience in SAP ABAP and ABAP OO development
  • Extensive experience with German payroll processes and statutory authority communication interfaces
  • Practical experience in the successful execution and management of IT projects
  • Experience in consulting with business departments to identify and define technical requirements
