This role offers a working student the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation and digitalization of HR requirements within the Lufthansa Group, specifically focusing on SAP HCM. The successful candidate will be involved in redesigning and revising the operating manual for the SAP HCM Core System and its system landscape. This position is ideal for a student with strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills, looking to gain hands-on experience with enterprise HR IT systems. The role requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, proficiency in O365, and a collaborative spirit, offering a chance to work remotely 2-3 days a week while being part of an international team dedicated to process harmonization and digital transformation.
