Job Summary

As an Inhouse IT Consultant for SAP HR at the Hirschvogel Group, you will be the central point of contact for the availability and strategic development of HR IT services, specifically focusing on SAP H4S4 Payroll and Time Management. Your daily responsibilities include implementing new solutions, integrating them into the existing system landscape, and leading international HR IT projects. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, managing external partners and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from configuration and testing to release management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a technologically diverse environment within the automotive sector, providing professional support to global users while expanding your expertise into SAP SuccessFactors. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification/equivalent professional training.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP HR consulting or a similar IT role
Professional experience in SAP modules PA, PY, and PT including their interfaces
Initial experience in agile IT project management is highly desirable
Experience in coordinating external partners and service providers
Experience in creating technical documentation and programming specifications
