As a Junior IT Support Specialist and Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, teaching staff, and employees regarding all IT system inquiries. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing first-level support, managing user permissions, and maintaining Surface tablets for trainees. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a key role in modernizing the educational environment by supporting the implementation of a new training system and helping design a fresh IT infrastructure.
