As a Quality Control Technician in the food industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and excellence of flavors and convenience products. Your daily activities will involve conducting independent organoleptic and physicochemical tests on raw materials, intermediate goods, and finished products. You will utilize advanced analytical methods including gas chromatography, density determination, and particle measurement to evaluate product quality. Beyond technical testing, you will be responsible for documenting results, making critical decisions regarding material releases or blocks, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external laboratories. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in conducting sensory testing and flavor tasting
  • Experience in documenting test results and managing material releases
