Job Summary
This role within the Quality and Collection Center Relationship Management (QCCRM) department at DKMS is vital for ensuring high standards in the fight against blood cancer. As a Clinic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with collection centers and transplant clinics. Your daily activities will include conducting quality optimization measures, preparing and accompanying audits according to WMDA standards, and managing quality incidents through CAPA management. You will also play a key role in acquiring new centers, coordinating medical symposia, and developing standardized quality markers. This position is unique because it combines scientific expertise with strategic relationship management in a mission-driven international non-profit. The role offers significant flexibility with up to 125 days of mobile work per year, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to directly impact the lives of patients worldwide through professional donor management.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a natural science or medical background.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in relationship management or networking within a clinical or scientific context
- Experience in quality optimization and process documentation
- Experience in preparing and conducting audits or clinical site visits
- Proven track record in project management and conceptual thinking
