Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's level or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, or Biophysics).

Experience

  • Professional experience in research coordination, third-party funding management, or university administration
  • Experience in managing administrative processes including procurement and infrastructure
  • Proven experience in independent correspondence in both German and English
  • Experience in the preparation and coordination of complex funding applications
  • Knowledge of the German higher education and university administration system
