As a System Administrator at Schleich, you will serve as the backbone of the company's digital infrastructure during its transformation into a 'Global Love Brand.' Your daily responsibilities involve managing a hybrid IT environment, including Microsoft Azure, M365, and both Windows and Linux servers. You will be the central technical point of contact for internal teams and external service providers, coordinating IT operations, change management, and service delivery. Beyond maintenance, you will lead infrastructure projects such as cloud migrations and system upgrades while ensuring robust IT security through patch management and adherence to GDPR and ISMS standards.
