Job Summary

This full-time role based in Vienna involves joining the Customer Care department to act as a vital link between technical services and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the direct intake of technical malfunctions within a designated region, creating service orders, and coordinating the dispatch and scheduling of technicians. Beyond coordination, you will handle administrative tasks such as booking delivery notes and preparing documentation for invoicing. Reporting directly to the Head of ARC & Systems Customer Care, you will enjoy a high degree of personal responsibility. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in either a commercial field or electrical engineering.

Experience

  • Practical experience using SAP and MS Office tools for data management
