As a member of the GMP Cell Culture team in Heidelberg, you will be responsible for processing human starting materials into Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) within a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment. Your daily tasks will include cell culture techniques such as medium changes, passaging, and Fill & Finish, as well as the preparation and aliquoting of reagents. You will ensure all activities are documented according to strict GMP standards and support the ongoing development of products and processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), or Laboratory Technician; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a natural science field or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience and theoretical knowledge in handling primary cell cultures
  • Experience in aseptic production under cleanroom conditions is highly preferred
  • Practical experience applying Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Proven track record of exact, quality-conscious, and reliable laboratory work
