Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician specializing in commissioning, you will be a key player in the mechanical and electrical assembly of industrial furnace systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing electrical wiring according to circuit diagrams, alongside the installation of pneumatic and hydraulic components for conveyor technology. Beyond assembly, you will perform critical troubleshooting and repairs during both acute malfunctions and routine maintenance cycles. A significant portion of the role involves supporting on-site commissioning at customer locations, ensuring systems are fully operational. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician, supplemented by further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson (Meister) in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical wiring and installation of pneumatic and hydraulic components
  • Proven experience in reading and implementing circuit diagrams and assembly plans
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery
  • Previous experience with EPLAN P8 is highly desirable
  • Experience in on-site customer service and system commissioning
