Job Summary
As a Facility Management Coordinator at N3 Engine Overhaul Services, a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik and Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of infrastructural facility management (IGM) services. Your daily tasks will involve organizing workflows, managing resources, and overseeing external service providers at the Arnstadt site. You will play a key role in drafting tenders, managing contracts, and monitoring budgets for facility services. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize processes to ensure compliance with legal and production requirements. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Building Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in project steering and service provider controlling is desirable
- Experience in managing and monitoring infrastructural service providers
- Proven track record in resource planning and workflow organization
- Experience in budget control and invoice verification for facility services
- Familiarity with CAFM software, specifically FAMOS, is preferred
