Job Summary

As the Facility Management Team Lead at Stollwerck's Berlin production site, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the facility maintenance team. Your day-to-day involves planning, executing, and monitoring the maintenance and optimization of critical building systems, including HVAC (RLT), refrigeration, compressed air, and boiler systems. You will ensure high plant availability through proactive maintenance, manage spare parts, and coordinate external service providers. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production processes for a major international confectionery group. Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechanic) supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in planning and managing technical projects (HVAC, cooling, heat, water, compressed air)
  • Experience in process optimization and validation of technical operations
