Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support and customer advisory services. Your daily responsibilities include performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. You will be deeply involved in the administration of Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Servers (2016 and newer), and cloud services, while managing user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD. The role also involves maintaining virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere and Hyper-V, alongside managing firewall, VPN, and network infrastructures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or several years of relevant professional experience in the specified field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Extensive experience with Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Practical experience in managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
- Hands-on experience with virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Experience with modern network technologies including SD-WAN, VLAN, and Firewall management

- The role offers a permanent employment contract and allows for 2 days of remote work (Home Office) per week. Preference is given to severely disabled applicants with equal qualifications.
