Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, handling incoming requests via phone, email, and a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st level support, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and performing Windows 10 administration, including Active Directory user management and printer maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring all activities are accurately documented within the ticket tool. This role is ideal for someone with initial professional experience in IT support who enjoys troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
