Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and customer advice across 1st and 2nd level support tiers. Your daily activities will involve troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as administering Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Servers, and cloud services. You will manage user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD, support virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V, and maintain critical network infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or several years of equivalent professional experience in the specified field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Support (1st and 2nd level)
- Practical experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
- Proven experience in managing virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Experience with modern network technologies including SD-WAN, VLAN, and Firewall management
- Professional experience in Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365 environments
