Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer requests through both telephone and professional ticket systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT environments, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, networks, and firewalls. You will be tasked with high-level troubleshooting and fault rectification for both hardware and software issues while maintaining meticulous system documentation. Required Skills

Experience

- Demonstrated expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Experience in server, client, storage, and network administration
