As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer requests through both telephone and professional ticketing systems. Your daily responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT environments, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, network infrastructure, and firewalls.
