Job Summary

As a Senior Professional Analyst at the Federal Employment Agency's IT System House, you will play a critical role in managing and designing IT-supported business processes within one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include reporting on business service availability, designing and maintaining business services, and defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs). You will act as a key communicator between customers, regional offices, and IT management, particularly during incident management and maintenance coordination. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy data analysis, process documentation, and supporting decision-making through technical insights.
