Job Summary

As a Senior Professional Analyst at the Federal Employment Agency's IT System House, you will play a critical role in managing and designing IT-supported business processes within one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include reporting on business service availability, designing and maintaining business services, and defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs). You will act as a key communicator between customers, regional offices, and IT management, particularly during incident management and maintenance coordination. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy data analysis, process documentation, and supporting decision-making through technical insights. The position offers exceptional flexibility with up to 80% remote work, a structured onboarding process, and extensive professional development opportunities, including up to 20 days of training per year. Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in IT analysis or business process management
  • Experience in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data structures and processes
  • Professional experience in IT infrastructure and architectural environments
  • Experience in applying project management methods and tools
  • Proven track record in creating technical reports and presentations for decision support
