Job Summary

This role involves managing and designing IT-supported business processes within the IT Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), one of Germany's largest IT landscapes. As a member of the FIRST360 team, you will focus on implementing business services, developing calculation methodologies for service availability, and reporting on performance. Your day-to-day will involve defining ITSM guidelines, coordinating cross-departmental workflows for end-to-end product management, and advising Business Service Owners. You will also play a key role in outage assessment and the definition of Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
