Job Summary
In this role based in Schwäbisch Hall, you will serve as a central point of contact for international employee mobility and travel administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing and auditing travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with both company policies and legal regulations. You will be responsible for calculating per diems, reimbursable expenses, and generating detailed travel cost reports. A critical part of the position includes managing the administrative documentation for international assignments, such as preparing A1 certificates, assignment letters, and hourly rate calculations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative precision and supporting global workforce logistics. It offers the opportunity to work with a reputable client in a structured environment, initially on a one-year contract through an agency, providing a great entry point into international HR operations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as Industrial Clerk or Office Management Clerk.
Experience
- Professional experience in international employee assignments is desirable
- Experience in processing and auditing travel expense reports
- Professional background in commercial administration or office management
- Experience in creating administrative documentation for foreign assignments

- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for mobility are required.
