Job Summary
Joining the central administration team in Berlin, you will serve as the digital backbone for a network of healthcare therapy practices across Germany. This part-time role (20-25 hours) focuses on managing the digital infrastructure and hardware for the organization's staff. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating the rollout of mobile devices and laptops, managing user accounts and access rights, and optimizing the central data storage systems. You will act as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical staff, providing friendly support and creating simple user guides. Beyond maintenance, you will actively participate in digitalization projects, such as implementing AI-supported tools and improving internal workflows. This position is ideal for a communicative professional with high IT affinity who enjoys bringing order to complex systems and wants to shape the digital processes of a growing healthcare provider.
Required Skills
Education
Commercial vocational training, IT-related qualification, or equivalent professional experience in office/administrative management.
Experience
- Professional experience in commercial administration, office management, or IT services
