Job Summary
As a Chemical Laboratory Technician at Dentsply Sirona, you will play a vital role in the development and validation of dental materials. Your daily responsibilities include independently conducting manufacturing processes and testing procedures at a laboratory scale, as well as supporting the transfer and validation of new testing methods. You will be responsible for retrospective equipment qualification, process development, and upscaling, ensuring all primary data and measurements are meticulously documented. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to communicate activities across planning, production, and quality control departments while providing technical support to production staff during the introduction of new manufacturing processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), or Physical-Technical Assistant (PTA).
Experience
- Professional experience in analytical and preparative chemistry
- Experience in independent execution of laboratory manufacturing and testing processes
- Experience in equipment qualification and process validation documentation
- Experience in technical support for production and process implementation
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, for data processing
