As a Vehicle Diagnostics System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining diagnostic concepts for critical automotive components, including control units, sensors, actuators, and communication systems. Your daily responsibilities will involve analyzing data communication between control units, evaluating system-wide diagnostic capabilities, and investigating technical faults from individual signals to the entire vehicle level. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical engineering or automotive development
  • Experience in the development and further development of diagnostic concepts for vehicle components
  • Experience in analyzing functions and data communication between control units
  • Familiarity with development and documentation tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody, or PDM systems
  • Experience in evaluating diagnostic capabilities from signal level to complete vehicle level
