Job Summary

As an Instrumentation and Control Technician for the city of Krefeld's municipal operations (KBK), you will play a vital role in maintaining the city's water management infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and performing calibrations on throttle devices in accordance with regulatory standards (SüwVO), documenting results, and troubleshooting existing measurement systems. You will also oversee the procurement and installation of new or replacement measurement equipment within the sewer network and special wastewater structures. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a background in water management or electrical engineering who enjoys a mix of organizational tasks and hands-on technical work. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree or technician certification in the fields of Water Management, Process Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and technical understanding
