As a Project Manager at FBG Fränkische Baugesellschaft, you will lead the technical connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing the installation of intelligent transfer stations, including transformer units, telecontrol, and protection technology. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from initial quotation and budget control to final customer acceptance. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for negotiating supplementary offers and continuously optimizing internal workflows. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.), Master Electrician, State-certified Technician, or completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid
  • Practical experience with low and medium-voltage technical connection rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in project management including budget control and customer acceptance
  • Proven track record in technical and commercial project handling
