As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be a key expert in electrotechnical measurement and testing technology, providing essential support and consultation to customers. Your daily tasks will involve offering technical and application-specific advice on measurement devices and solutions, particularly in areas like thermography, VDE standard testing devices, and energy and network analysis. You will collaborate closely with sales teams on project execution and maintain product-specific system data in the ERP system. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, practical experience with relevant testing equipment, and excellent communication skills to guide customers through complex technical challenges and ensure they find the right measurement solutions.
