Job Summary

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including the posting of bank statements and the management of subsequent financial processes. Your day-to-day will involve authorizing and executing payment transactions, maintaining high-quality master data, and performing general ledger postings such as accruals and standing entries. Beyond standard accounting, you will manage the company fleet, support tax audits, and develop cash forecasts. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter) or a comparable commercial/business qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in accounts receivable and financial accounting
  • Practical experience using SAP software, preferably SAP R/3
  • Experience in preparing or supporting monthly and annual financial statements
  • Experience in managing payment transactions and general ledger entries
  • Experience in fleet management and supporting tax audits is preferred
