Job Summary

This role is situated within a globally active pharmaceutical and chemical group at the Chempark Leverkusen. As a Process Engineer for MBR Systems, you will be primarily responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adaptation of Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Electronic Shipment Protocols (ESPs). Your daily routine involves managing parameter value lists, supporting the preparation and execution of process verifications, and ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines within the production environment. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing who excel at technical documentation and data management in specialized systems like SAP and MES. The role offers an attractive starting salary of €27/hour, a 37.5-hour work week with flexible daytime hours, and the stability of the chemical industry with potential for permanent takeover by the client company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician (Pharmakant) or a comparable qualification in a relevant engineering or technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven experience in the creation and maintenance of MBR documentation
  • Practical knowledge of GMP guidelines and standards
  • Experience working with SAP and ideally MES systems
  • Background in managing parameter value lists and process data documentation

  • The role is based in the Chempark Leverkusen. It follows a 37.5-hour work week (Monday-Friday) with a flex-time (Gleitzeit) arrangement. Candidates must be able to work on-site in a production-focused pharmaceutical environment.
