As the Engineering Group Lead, you will take on both disciplinary and technical leadership of a 20-person team, coordinating across electrical, mechanical, and system administration departments. Your daily responsibilities involve planning, organizing, and supervising repair and maintenance activities for power generation plants and heating facilities. You will be the primary authority ensuring compliance with legal safety standards and technical safety management regulations. Beyond internal management, you will oversee external service providers, manage procurement for maintenance materials, and ensure meticulous documentation of all technical works.
