Job Summary

As the Responsible Electrical Supervisor (VEFK), you will take on the critical technical and supervisory accountability for electrical safety and compliance across production facilities. Your day-to-day role involves establishing and maintaining the electrotechnical organizational structure, conducting hands-on electrical work, and creating essential risk assessments and operating instructions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for authorities and auditors while coordinating external service providers and supporting investment projects. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of strategic organizational development and practical technical execution. The role is particularly attractive due to its high level of responsibility, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to shape the electrical safety standards of a medium-sized production company with ongoing professional development in areas like explosion protection and VDE standards.
